Because..

We aren't perfect..

         Nobody can be perfect..

                  What we capable of...

To distinguish your goals living in this world..

The things we can do to gain His blessings..

Because that helps to purify our heart & soul..

                                                 Because..

Materials won't help when its time...

All He wants for you to REMEMBER Him..

                                                                      Because..

                                                                            You die alone...

To wrap ourselves with our best..

Terkesima..

Pagi ni, lepas hantar adik pergi sekolah..

Tutup enjin and sat in the car for awhile to let the song finish.. (I tend to do that most of the time)

Suddenly my legs can't move.. It was really painful.. (Thought that maybe I work out a lot without realizing you're suffering)

It was really painful.. Like a needle stuck in your bloody bones and trying to get it out back.. I stayed in the car for few minutes trying to digest what would happen if..

All of sudden I felt scared... So scared that what if I was a disable person? What if I wasn't born like how I am today, able to walk, talk, see, taste, and touch. What if we lost one of our senses? Will you still dance in the club? Will you taste your drinks and be happy? Will we able to feel things we shouldn't touch? Will you be able to drive far and travel with your love ones? Will you? Will I?

Have you seen this guy?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjbX6mDnMwM

Of course you did.. He is one of the greatest example of being an individual who has more to offer than us who are perfectly stabilize. His courage, motivation, confidence, talent, skills, passion blinds people on his disadvantages. No one sees him as the disable person. In fact, I personally look at him as a MAN. A man full of courage and determination to move further without looking back. Not even a glance. How amazing his life is.. And all are from his own sweat and mission to be successful in life.. No matter what people say..

Read more on him.
http://www.lifewithoutlimbs.org/about-nick/

All I could ever think of is to Thank Allah SWT for everything he has given us.. The ability to live with perfect senses, great family, social life, education and most of it, the challenges his given for us to overcome and to remind us of Him..

Not to forget, in our country itself have so many great people who has the same effect of life as Nick..
They work normally, cari kerja halal dan tidak pernah ingin menyusahkan orang lain..
Because they too, have the rights to live life normally..
I wish I have the courage and determination as Nick does.. My wish is to meet him in person..

Thank you Allah.. Alhamdullilah everytime I get out from my car..

Trip to Taiping - 1st Orphanage (Rumah Nurul Iman)

Alhamdullilah, Ya Allah untuk segala yang diberi dan pinjaman untuk hidup di dunia ini..

Thank You Allah for the protection, blessings and guidance whenever we feel lost..

You know when we decided to do anything, anything at all we tend to forget where do we stand in this world? You may plan everything in your journal but as the saying goes...

'Manusia boleh merancang apa segala rencana tetapi Allah yang
                                                             menentukannya'

Do me a favor and Read this while listening to Bruno Mars - Treasure so it'll gives you that spirit up and high! :D

Night before (18th Jan 2013) :-

Jaja, Azizi, Rafiq, Ihsan (Youth of Hope Malaysia) + Saiful (Jaja's friend) came to my place and helped to sort things out such as folding which clothes to donate, putting groceries (Thank you to amazing Wahidah as she donated bawang merah 5kgs x 7, my great friend, Farhana donated few items eg: Milo, Soaps, Toothpaste, Sweets etc..) into boxes and arrange it accordingly. Despite the laggard, tardy and tired feeling, we were having so much fun planning and simply enjoying each other company knowing the trip's happening tomorrow! However we faced a big problem as I wasn't allowed to use my mum's car. I was being myself, chaotic and kelam kabut (as usual) called everyone possible to get a car rental.

Alhamdullilah, Sami (a student from SEGi) helped to get us a car in that last minute since Swedish House Mafia is going on and such (no cars were available). After an hour, all of us could sighed a relief since Sami managed to get us a car. MasyaAllah.. How Allah has helped us.. (because it was last minute when other customer return the car on that night)

On Saturday morning (19th Jan 2013) :-

Woke up around 7am and feeling very happy and excited. Had to pick up Emily and Alex at Petronas TTDI as they were waiting for me and return back to my place. Azizi came to help us (sadly, he didn't follow us to the trip) to check on the oil, condition of the car and basically our safety :')

Others arrived (Jaja, Ihsan, Saiful, and Afizs) and putting every boxes inside each cars..

Look at their faces, so excited! :)                               Thank you Azizi!! aka Jiji! :)
L: Alex R: Emily

It was a very long journey because we decided to use 'jalan dalam' (village road which has no tolls at all).. Tapi kena la dengan perjalanan yang mengambil masa selama lebih kurang 7-8 jam.. (We had such amazing journey up north) With that, our tentative of the program went off completely. Arrived around 6pm and ready to have dinner with the boys from :

1st Orphanage :- Rumah Nurul Iman.(http://asrama-nurul-iman.blogspot.com/)

Remember the case of scamming relate to this house? I managed to verify on the case validity. So Puan Aisyah (owner/mother) said there would not be any Twitter page or such. If you want to donate, please call En Khairul Anuar 016-5460071 or email him at : khairul@nuruliman.org.my so we know our donations will go straight to the house itself.

As for now, Puan Aisyah said they need chairs and tables for them to have dinner/study tables.. I was asking her whether can we help her to re-paint the dining area and she doesn't mind at all. Maybe next trip? :)
To those of you planning to go there soon, you might want to bring along donations items such as : -

a) chairs (preferably folded chairs)
b) tables (study/dining)
c) new set of cutlery
d) lights/ lamps (some were not functioning)
e) Paint!! (wall, dining area, surau)

Basically, I would love to come and visit again and help to re-paint, re-furnish their home with more colors! :D

Dinner time, we bought them KFC and Dominos Pizza (really glad the boys enjoy their dinner)

After the boys had their dinner, Emily and Alex were given the task to teach them English in an hour (time were constraint) as we had to leave to second orphanage as soon as possible..

We had so much fun, an amazing time with the boys from Rumah Nurul Iman. Glad we made them happy even for that short period of time. Managed to talk with some of them and teach them English (which was the highlight of the night)

And of course, we will come back and visit all of you boys.. Deepest gratitude to Puan Aisyah for letting us buying them dinner and spent the time full of knowledge and true life definition. :)

Bye boys!!!! We Love all of you :)

Till now, I'll be sure to update on next orphanage, insyaAllah..
Let's all help to put a smile :)

For sure, one of our TREASURE! :)

Allah Selamatkan Papa Selalu.. :)

I still remember when I was little..

Those good times when everything were so peaceful, so carefree..

And our father loves to bring all of us (6 of us during days in Sabah, before Adam was born) everywhere..
*Aneem's not in the picture

He has to travel a lot back in the days.. However he never forget his responsibilities towards his family.. Always there for us every time we need him..

I will never get to finish writing about him but in this special post, I would like to wish him a very Happy Birthday...

Everyday, I thank Allah for given me such a big, noisy and beautiful family.. No matter how each fights, we will always be there nevertheless.. And being a Hero, Papa will always support us in his own way..

Able to live in a very comfortable environment, able to do groceries shopping, able to travel to class, able to go shopping, able to spend time with my friends.. I owe everything to him for always support me financially..

Love asking him questions on today's news and Papa never fail to impress me with his knowledge.. He loves to read books and sometimes, I always steal his books before he even gets finish them.. He was angry, of course but after few minutes he'll ask me to keep, read and understand it.. That's my father..

I can never give him the best present for this 22 years I've been living.. Only that I know is for me to work hard and earn good money for me to supply him and Mama a great life after retirement.. That's my promise to you both.. Its our turn to repay back everything both Pa and Ma done to us.. I can never show or prove it now, but insyaALLAH...

Deep down, I know he's proud of me.. (don't cry..)

My father is a wonderful man. My mother is the most beautiful and that makes all of us..  :P

Happy Birthday Papa, we Love you and Pray for your Health and May Allah swt bless you always.. =)

(17) Scam of Rumah Nur Iman

When I started Youth of Hope Malaysia Twitter page on April 25th 2012, its all about spreading the informative discussion/matter on what are our activities/suggestions/ideas throughout the year. Our first main event, Charity Garage Sales raised up to RM1,560 (Alhamdullilah!) and managed to continue the next event which is Futsal Cup - A Competition Among Orphanages. Both has been our success projects despite the bumpy mistakes we've made. All of us are still learning and adapting to the life meaning of an orphan, contribution of youth to the society and task we could manage to pursue in order to make life a better living.

You can never help all, but if you have the time, save one.

One day, I overlooked to one Twitter page name 'Rumah Nur Iman' asking for donations up to RM800,000 from every celebrities he/she could ever think of. It was all over YOHMY Timeline where those celebrities Retweets the status for donations. Knowing how 'generous' Malaysians are, without even bothering to do research and asked on the profile of the validity of the case donation hence fell for it and actually bank in some amount of money to the unfortunate living.

Knowing that I've been doing my research on few orphanages, I ran into Rumah Nur Iman website, blogspot (public), news, and googled search it every way possible. It was a total different orphanage Rumah Nur Iman (located at Danau Kota) / Rumah Nurul Iman (Manjoi, Perak) and I was aware that this house has suffered the flood incident, please read http://asrama-nurul-iman.blogspot.com/ but the fact that the twitter profile used a complete different date on the flood and mislead everyone on the amount of donations, orphanages information (which they used the name Rumah Nur Iman but uses the flood case from different orphanage), and most importantly its a scam! Used an orphanage name without the permission of the owner and may Allah have Mercy on you (complete selfish person)

And Alhamdulilah, it was indeed a scam and fraud as the profile has been deleted once I asked help from : Adibah Noor and Hazrey.

Read this if you want to know more http://asrama-nurul-iman.blogspot.com/2007_08_01_archive.html

And this weekend, 19th and 20th January 2013 insyaALLAH we (YOHMY) will be having our trip to Taiping, Perak to increase our knowledge, information and trying to do a different thing this weekend. We'll be visiting Rumah Nurul Iman (refer to case above) and acknowledge our research and validity on the social medias cases. Hope it'll be a great trip with Allah's Guidance and Rahmat InsyaALLAH..

Tak sabarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr nak jenguk mereka di sana!!

(16) 19th & 20th January 2013

Salam,

Hence with what's happening around me, myself and I.. One thing that have always been on my mind is to get away from Kuala Lumpur and go for a short holiday.. Holiday sounds pretty good for me now.. Not working, not attach to anything.. But, but one day, I decided to change the holiday perspective into a much better situation.

A trip called 'To Put A Smile' to Taiping, Perak. Why Taiping, Perak?
: A friend of mine once told us a story of one orphanage that are in desperate situation ; hunger and in need of basic needs.. From there, with what I've found from Youth of Hope Malaysia (http://youthofhopemy.wordpress.com/) peeps, they've been such amazing individuals for helping this to execute plans, activities and never stop giving and contributing ideas which has so much more to offer for the children.. We decided to go for a trip there and make few visits to orphanages. InsyaAllah

What's your purpose?
: My purpose of going for trip to Taiping, Perak is to increase my information search, knowledge and what could be my attributes to the society.. But obviously not being selfish and doing it all by myself.. It is better to pull your friends over and invite people to contribute and helping back as well.. You don't play dota all by yourself..

Here's the details:

Date : 19th - 20th January 2013
Time of leaving : 9am - 10am
Accommodation : Self paid  which we will be staying in the most affordable place in Taiping. Try to car pool and minimize the amount of cars
Name of Orphanages :  1) Pusat Jagaan Anak-anak Yatim Nurul Iman
                                    2) Pusat Jagaan Anak Yatim Ummu Sofiah
                                    3) Pusat Jagaan Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-anak Yatim  Nur Hidayah
dan banyak lagi jika masa tidak mencemburui..

Please email to youthofhopemy@gmail.com if you're keen to help and bring party to the children in Perak.
Or if you have any other suggestions on their activities, games or any kind of leisure.

New Year

Salam,

Degree ended with a tense feeling I have inside. Pressure starting to kick in. Reality bites stronger and harder. I couldn't grab the rope tight which made me fell hard on the ground. Trembling and lost to be exact, in a place to search my soul. I decided to tell myself it went far away for a recharge and coming back with a brand new self portray. Easy to say but hard to do. Cliche but life starts.... Now?

It could have been my best personal new year celebration with amazing people surrounds us which truly made me feel so happy and grateful to be with them. Thank you guys. However, few days just passed. Its January 8th already? You know what that means? Meaning that you got to step up your game and find the right mountain to climb. When you have found the right mountain, choose your instruments wisely in order to climb with ease.. There're will be bumpy roads, but jump over it. You know you can..

It has been a struggle to get back on my path and to be grateful for everything that Allah has planned for me..  But every single day, each and everyone of us are trying and trying to accomplish on what they (we) want all this while.. The life after dunia.. Strive to be a better person to be in Jannah.. Like Wardina once said, 'You think just by covering your hair is enough? Think again....' (may not be exact sentence but thats how I understand it)

Hit hard to hundreds of Retweets she got from her twitter page. I'm one of the hundreds. Such a simple sentence yet so full of thousand meanings..

Man, this is hard. But I'll try, I'll try..
Attention to the second post
:)

Happy New Year 2013!
