Thank You Allah for the protection, blessings and guidance whenever we feel lost..
You know when we decided to do anything, anything at all we tend to forget where do we stand in this world? You may plan everything in your journal but as the saying goes...
'Manusia boleh merancang apa segala rencana tetapi Allah yang
menentukannya'
Do me a favor and Read this while listening to Bruno Mars - Treasure so it'll gives you that spirit up and high! :D
Night before (18th Jan 2013) :-
Jaja, Azizi, Rafiq, Ihsan (Youth of Hope Malaysia) + Saiful (Jaja's friend) came to my place and helped to sort things out such as folding which clothes to donate, putting groceries (Thank you to amazing Wahidah as she donated bawang merah 5kgs x 7, my great friend, Farhana donated few items eg: Milo, Soaps, Toothpaste, Sweets etc..) into boxes and arrange it accordingly. Despite the laggard, tardy and tired feeling, we were having so much fun planning and simply enjoying each other company knowing the trip's happening tomorrow! However we faced a big problem as I wasn't allowed to use my mum's car. I was being myself, chaotic and kelam kabut (as usual) called everyone possible to get a car rental.
Alhamdullilah, Sami (a student from SEGi) helped to get us a car in that last minute since Swedish House Mafia is going on and such (no cars were available). After an hour, all of us could sighed a relief since Sami managed to get us a car. MasyaAllah.. How Allah has helped us.. (because it was last minute when other customer return the car on that night)
On Saturday morning (19th Jan 2013) :-
Woke up around 7am and feeling very happy and excited. Had to pick up Emily and Alex at Petronas TTDI as they were waiting for me and return back to my place. Azizi came to help us (sadly, he didn't follow us to the trip) to check on the oil, condition of the car and basically our safety :')
Others arrived (Jaja, Ihsan, Saiful, and Afizs) and putting every boxes inside each cars..
Look at their faces, so excited! :) Thank you Azizi!! aka Jiji! :)

It was a very long journey because we decided to use 'jalan dalam' (village road which has no tolls at all).. Tapi kena la dengan perjalanan yang mengambil masa selama lebih kurang 7-8 jam.. (We had such amazing journey up north) With that, our tentative of the program went off completely. Arrived around 6pm and ready to have dinner with the boys from :
1st Orphanage :- Rumah Nurul Iman.(http://asrama-nurul-iman.blogspot.com/)
Remember the case of scamming relate to this house? I managed to verify on the case validity. So Puan Aisyah (owner/mother) said there would not be any Twitter page or such. If you want to donate, please call En Khairul Anuar 016-5460071 or email him at : khairul@nuruliman.org.my so we know our donations will go straight to the house itself.
As for now, Puan Aisyah said they need chairs and tables for them to have dinner/study tables.. I was asking her whether can we help her to re-paint the dining area and she doesn't mind at all. Maybe next trip? :)
To those of you planning to go there soon, you might want to bring along donations items such as : -
a) chairs (preferably folded chairs)
b) tables (study/dining)
c) new set of cutlery
d) lights/ lamps (some were not functioning)
e) Paint!! (wall, dining area, surau)
Basically, I would love to come and visit again and help to re-paint, re-furnish their home with more colors! :D
Dinner time, we bought them KFC and Dominos Pizza (really glad the boys enjoy their dinner)
After the boys had their dinner, Emily and Alex were given the task to teach them English in an hour (time were constraint) as we had to leave to second orphanage as soon as possible..
And of course, we will come back and visit all of you boys.. Deepest gratitude to Puan Aisyah for letting us buying them dinner and spent the time full of knowledge and true life definition. :)
Bye boys!!!! We Love all of you :)
Till now, I'll be sure to update on next orphanage, insyaAllah..
Let's all help to put a smile :)
For sure, one of our TREASURE! :)
