Salam,
Saja je buat title camtu.. tarik perhatian ke dok?
Anyway, Alhamdullilah Sheikh Zahir Mahmood talk at ISTAC, Jalan Duta earlier was motivational even some are barely understandable because Sheikh speaks too good which I can't keep up with..
But I tried, tried and wrote down some yang boleh difahami..
The way Sheikh Zahir Mahmood delivers his speech is undeniably strong and enthusiastic which I look forward to.. But truth to be told, not all would fancy the way Sheikh speaks.. But its the content that's important.. What he delivers are the essential point of attending to a talk..What do you get from going to all this motivational talks? How do you see yourself gaining from this? Are we implying it to daily lives? So many questions circling..
What I have learned from this talk (according to my understanding..)
1) The relationship between wealthy and non-wealthy individuals which as we may relate to, the non-wealthy are the 'chosen position' by Allah SWT who are given challenges and tests to see whether they will always remember Him regardless of their position.. The wealthy individuals should never look down to those people as what they have (Luxury cars, mansions, materials etc..) are just borrowed and it is one of His challenge as well.. See if Allah are wished 'Alhamdullilah' and apply a good Muslim daily routine for what His given you..
2) People will not remember you by your clothes, materials, status, cars or whatever assets you've gained but the remembrance of what you have done to the society, your contributions which helps the Muslim to reach their maximum strength and your role as a good Muslim..
3) You got to have inspirations.. From our Prophet r.a, our parents, friends and could be anyone who has done such work to be called as our role model.. Inspirations to wake up early for Fajr, inspirations to come early for class, inspirations to stay healthy, inspirations to be a Good Muslim..
(Make a list for your own self)
'Inspirations which touches people'
4) Put some actions to our life! Lets say a small contribution for helping the needy-s, lend a help to feed the homeless, spend our weekends with teaching, volunteering, building homes for Orang Asli and certainly we can do so much more..
5) Make a change (small or big) in your life as that change, could be the steps for bigger meaning in life, InsyaALLAH.. 'A little change leads to bigger dreams, bigger inspirations'
Allahuakhbar..
'Allah The Greatest'
Well, what do you think? Great talk wasn't it? I guess I've slipped over few things but I've certainly learned something from this.. insyaALLAH.. Hmmmmm inspirations to wake up for Fajr..... Let's do this!
Thank you, Assamualaikum,
Love learning new things..
